Finally finished after nearly 2 weeks of work. Sorry about the quality of the scan... had to darken it a bit so you could see some of the colors but unfortunetly other colors ended up faded looking.

Materials/ Tools used:
mechanical pencil (for initial drawing)
watercolors
watercolor paper ( 9x12 inches )
size 0 round paintbrush

Inspired by :iconsomk:'s piece SisterCot - Test Plate [link] , I wanted to do something a little different then some of my previous pieces.

Lovely! This was a treat for my eyes after a hard morning of work. Relaxed me immediately. The daffodils are an interesting choice to put behind the roses. It works well. :)

Very lovely and delicate watercolour.Great choice of colours too,i like how the blue butterfly stands out.
